Shadowveil Forager Skirt – Apocalypse-Ready, Mushroom-Hunting Chic

Crafted in the spirit of survival and soft rebellion, this black linen (or maybe cotton?) skirt was originally made as a test sample for my friend Marrie, who needed a perfect duplicate of her beloved, well-worn fairy skirt to take on her trip to Ireland. Marrie approved of the size, shape, and style, but asked me to make it again with a different fabric that she preferred. 

This skirt has been hot-washed and heat dried, so it’s pre-shrunk and ready for whatever trials the end of civilization throws your way.

Featuring a 5-pointed handkerchief hem, this skirt moves like whispers through the trees, perfect for blending into the shadows while evading rogue scavengers or just avoiding small talk. The elastic back waistband ensures comfort whether you’re crouching to inspect a suspiciously glowing mushroom or sprinting away from an ominous noise in the distance. And with size-adjustable waist straps, it adapts to shifting survival needs—or just an extra layer of snacks tucked into your belt.
